Combining extensive real estate industry skill, a depth of marketing experience, and growing up and living in the Wynnum/Bayside area – Byron loves taking the time to understand the dynamics and situation of his clients, so that he can really drive home the best outcome, whether that means selling their home or buying their new property. Experience covering residential homes, from the first home entry level to the larger palatial properties, land sales, off the plan properties and development sites allows him the privilege to serve his clients in good stead. An easy going nature allows for Byron’s clients to feel comfortable about discussing their options and moving forward, particularly when the campaign gets to the pointy end of the negotiation. Utilising innovative marketing and a heavy dose of old school follow-up, has many time over won the day for Byron’s clients, which has also resulted in multiple industry awards.
