I can not recommend Bryan Keys with 3MG Roofing enough. "The Big Man on The Roof" has not only helped me personally, but helped some of my clients as well, who all sung Bryan's praises. In an industry filled with untrustworthy people and businesses chasing money, Bryan's integrity and customer service is unparalleled. He doesn't just sell you a roof, he is your partner throughout he project and even after it's complete. Bryan's previously company did a repair on my metal roof and I later had a warranty issue regarding the work performed. Bryan got the techs back out to finish the project. Month's later I learned my roof was still leaking and I called the previous company. A few employees came out and claimed the leak was unrelated to their repair and claimed it was related to the brackets for the solar pool heater and the worn fasteners underneath. I told them not to do anything and they left. The next day I received a nearly $6,000 repair bid, which I did not request. If the fasteners were the root cause, I could replace them myself. But I was pissed at the old company. I called Bryan and he immediately came out and got on the roof with me. He inspected the previous work completed, listened to what I was saying, and agreed that the $6,000 repair bid was unnecessary and that replacing the fasteners would likely solve the problem, which it did. When you call Bryan Keys and 3MG, you are not only getting quality work, but you are getting honesty. There is a reason 3MG has almost a perfect 5 star rating... because they are exceptional and go above and beyond for their clients.
